Starting as a family business, Bunker QLD (family of Uptons) began by supplying materials to builders and handymen. They then went on and grew to become one of the leading suppliers of building materials and now have a total of 4 sites across the Eastern coast of Australia.
The Challenges We Faced
The challenging task was to locate the geographic location (i.e., Doonan QLD and Beerwah QLD) and the aspect of generating and increasing the organic traffic for the client. Our most challenging task was the need to gain organic traffic on the targeted locations of the business. However, the challenge grew further when they looked to expand their growth to their B2B operations by tackling the organic growth needed for QLD Bunker. Needless to say, we were able to achieve all the goals that had been placed in front of us.
Our Game Plan
- After understanding the challenges, the first step was to assess and analyse the competitor and competitor backlinks along with auditing the website and basic on-page implementation.
- The aspects were link building activity was carried out along with the local listing, citation listing, directory listing, classified ads, image submission, and social bookmarking.
- Developing content and outreaching it via guest bloggers and researching competitive keywords. Implementing relevant CTA and HTML schema code and JSON-LD implementation.
The Final Assessment
We managed to perform the completion of our main tasks with the organic traffic being driven to all the remote locations of the business’ sites. With our strategy, their organic traffic increased by 17.96%, and overall leads increased by 17.98% (210-leads), achieving the overall event growth by 6.78%. The rate of GMB insight Doonan QLD quarterly (Website visit was 1.762K) and for Beerwah QLD (1.03K).
